Next season update

We are currently finalising our teams for next season.

Please remember that as a community club we are run by volunteers.

For the new season we require more volunteer coaches as some of our existing coaches will not be available to help.

On a disturbing matter it is extremely disappointing to hear reports of our volunteers being abused.
This will not be tolerated.

If you have a concern you bring it to me.

People do not volunteer to be abused but to do their best to help.  Some work, have families and still find time to assist.  This is amazing and they should not be criticised or abused if they make a mistake.

Rather than abuse you should offer assistance and understanding.

People who cannot respect the help of our exceptional volunteers are not wanted at Newlands.


My request for more volunteers is serious and urgent.
