Team Reporting Structure
We are firm believers in teamwork and ownership. Our growth and performances reflect this. The committee always attempts to be available to speak with you but we do ask that you refer to the following flow chart where possible when issues occur.
It is the Team manager's role to make sure that the players know game details. With respect, if players will be late or not available, the team manager should be notified.
The Group Coordinator must ensure that Coaches and Team Managers are available and punctual and therefore be appropriately notified of Team Officials non-availability. The Group Coordinator will ensure that team officials are available and are aware of the game details.
Issues that cannot be resolved by the Group Coordinator will be referred to the President to assist and likewise referred to the Committee if required.
Please remember that as a community club we are all volunteers who freely give our own time to promote basketball within our community and provide the opportunity for all to become involved. We ask that you treat each other with respect.
