Newlands Fundraiser
Cadbury Easter Egg Drive

This year we will be running a Cadbury® Fundraiser Easter Egg Drive. The profit of this drive will be used towards the organisation of our presentation day.

We are pleased to announce that for this drive we have Cadbury Easter Eggs for sale, selling for $40 per box (10 bags of Easter eggs.) This represents excellent value to the buyer. For every box sold and an envelope with $40 returned, the seller will receive a Newlands drink bottle!

This week (Thursday/Saturday), we will be giving you Cadbury Fundraising Carry boxes for your team and envelopes to collect the money raised. Would you be able to hand them to (the parents of) your team players?
Please record the name of the player who received the chocolates, including their signature. We have labelled each box trying to ensure that each family receives only one box (to be going home with the youngest child). If they want to sell more than one box we will provide extra boxes.

Please advise your team members that if they do not want to participate in the drive, they are free to decide to donate some money towards our presentation day instead.

We suggest our club members to sell to family members, colleagues in the workplace, friends or neighbours.  We do not recommend involving children in selling, but if they are involved, they must do so under adult supervision, especially if selling door to door.

We ask that all orders and money collected be returned to you in the envelope provided no later than 25/3/15.  It is advisable to sell the box quickly.  However, if families are experiencing difficulties, please advise them to return the unsold boxes to us. Luci will be present on the Mondays and Anna on the Thursdays. Both of us will be available on Saturday’s games.

Fundraising activities such as this make a vital contribution towards the success of our presentation day.  In anticipation of a successful fundraising drive, we thank you for your support.
